The legal principles of data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Access data / server log files
The provider (or his webspace provider) collects data on every occasion of access to the proffered site (so-called server log files). The access data includes:
Name of the retrieved website, file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data for statistical analysis only for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the proffered site. The provider reserves the right however, to check log data later on the basis of concrete evidence of a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information with which a person is identifiable, in other words information that can be traced back to a person. These include the name, email address, or phone number. But personal data also includes data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which webpages were viewed by a person.
Personal data are only collected by the provider, used, and disclosed, if permitted by law or the users consent to the collection of data.
When you contact the provider (for example via contact form or email) the information of the user is stored for the purpose of processing the request, as well as in the event that follow-up questions arise.
Integration of services and content of third parties
It may happen that within this online site content of third parties, such as, for example, videos from YouTube, maps from Google maps, RSS feeds, or images from other Web sites are included. This always assumes that the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as “third party”) always registers the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the user’s browser. The IP address is required for the presentation of this content. We strive to only use such content, whose respective providers only use the IP address for the delivery of content. However, we have no influence over whether the third party stores the IP address for statistical purposes. We will inform users as far as this is known to us.

Cancellation, changes, corrections and updates
The user has the right to receive information about the personal data stored about him on request free of charge. In addition, the user has the right to rectification of incorrect data, blocking and deletion of his personal data, insofar as no legal hold stands.
